1 A Song of Ascents.
I will lift up my eyes to the mountains from where does my help come?
2 My help comes from Adonai, Maker of heaven and earth.
3 He will not let your foot slip.
Your Keeper will not slumber.
4 Behold, the Keeper of Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps.
5 Adonai is your Keeper.
Adonai is your shadow at your right hand.
6 The sun will not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.
7 Adonai will protect you from all evil.
He will guard your life.
8 Adonai will watch over your coming and your going from this time forth and forevermore.

I will lift up mine eyes to the mountain of God, the city of David, the Holy Temple of Israel, and all who believe in His never changing love and grace.
I fall down in awe of His Majesty and dedicate my life to Him and His will.
He Is my healer, my shepherd and my Lord, and Savior.
Adonai Yeshua Ha'Mashiach.
His Holy Spirit, the Ruach Ha'Kodesh is in me and guides me, under his guidance and under His anointing I move in the Spirit, I pray in the Spirit and i live in the Spirit.
The Lion of the Tribe of Judah, Yeshua Ha'Mashiach, Jesus the Christ has made this all possible.
Baruch haba hashem Adonai.
Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.
