Sowing a seed into Eagle Wings Charismatic Ministries International

As Christians, we have heard it before, especially in the Born-Again, Charismatic, and Pentecostal circles.

When you sow a seed in faith the return will be hundredfold.

How many people do you know that have sown a seed and didn't receive this back in a Hundredfold, maybe not even in a Tenfold, or Fivefold.

We at Eagle Wings Charismatic Ministries do believe and pray for it that you will sow a seed into our ministry and will receive that Hundredfold return. But before you do, we would like you to read this article and prepare your heart and yourself to receive this Hundredfold return.

Seeding for the harvest

The Bible teaches us in Genesis 8:22 "While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease." As long as there is an earth and as long as there are people on the earth the soil will be prepared for seeding and the harvest.

Not to long ago I heard the following story. There where two farmers, right here in overly Hot and Dry Texas and they where both praying for rain on their farms. One of the Farmers started to plow that land and he bought the seeds, the other, stayed in his livingroom on his knees. Then the rain came.

Who do you think trusted the Lord for the rain to come?

When we as Christians want to bring in the harvest we are exactly in the same boot. We do need to pray for the rain and prepare to be ready with our seed.

This seeding and the harvest of the crop is exactly what Jesus told us about in Mark 4. When we start praying for the rain so that the seeds will grow, we will be able to expect a Hundredfold return. The question is where do you sow your seeds, on the wayside, where it will be picked up by the birds, inbetween the rocks, where there is not enough soil to grow, in with the weeds, where it will be smothered, or in solid, good, ripe soil. When you seed into Eagle Wings Charismatic Ministries international we expect that you will be seeding to grow the Kingdom of God. When you seed from your ministry into ours, you sow a seed to receive that blessing back in a Hundredfold into your ministry. I personally believe that if you trust God to give you a quick return on your buck, that you are indeed seeding unto the wayside. Yes we are still happy with your donation, but it is not a seed is it. A seed given in faith is one that builds up on the Kingdom of God.

The Principle

Every harvest requires seed, when you want corn, you plant corn, when you want potatoes, you plant potatoes. When you seed into a ministry to spread more of the word of God, you will receive more of the word of God. When you seed to support the youth you will receive more of, yes you have the picture. Mark 10:29-30

Faith

The one thing we do need to discuss here is that you do sow your seed in expectation, in faith, in what you believe in, your hundredfold return.

Mark 21:22 reads "And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive."

Mark 4:20 "And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred."

When this is in your heart you know it already, "For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened."  Mark 7:8
